It's quite different for us to be doing something like this but it's so exciting. Hopefully we've brought something new to the North of England. I'm loving… my life and work. Everything's heading in the right direction and I don't really have much to complain about! I'm reading… I don't have much time to read. I would love to, but normally in most of my spare time is spent resting, spending time with family and my husband, sewing pointe shoes. One of the books that always sticks with me though, is Slumdog Millionaire. I read it on holiday quite a few years ago now, before the film came out and it really intrigued me. I'm watching… Netflix, at the moment. I'm a bit late to the party but I'm finally there. I'm watching is Prison Break. I heard loads of good things about it and my young sister absolutely loved it when I bought her the series, so I thought I'd give it a go. It's just something to watch after I've been performing, there's not necessarily a lot on TV at that time. I'm eating… intelligently. We eat for energy, so I'm eating as healthily as possible for my body. Sometimes we have our lunch at 4pm or 5pm, so by the time we've finished at 10pm in the evening, it's our dinner time. I do snack quite a lot during the day, just on bits of fruit or nuts just to keep my energy up because [I work] long days. I'm wearing… so many different costumes. For instance in this show that we're doing at the moment [Northern Ballet's The Little Mermaid], I have three different costumes for one show, which is quite special, really. But on a day to day basis we're normally always in our ballet clothes; leotards, tights and leg warmers. I don't really wear my normal clothes for very long during the day. I'm using… Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil on my face every morning. You want to keep your skin in the best condition possible when you’re wearing all the make-up that we do during shows. Apparently it helps with fine-lines and wrinkles, so that's always a bonus. I'm trying… to be more organised, mainly with work. I've been trying to keep on top of [sewing] pointe shoes at the moment [which is] quite hard when we're so, so busy. Even now, I'm trying to get into work early to sew some shoes, even though we're starting later today. I'm excited for… the Little Mermaid tour. Having the role created on you is so personal and so it will be will nice to reach out to our audiences in different venues and show what we've come up with. It'll be something brand new for them to see as well, it's not like any title we've done before. It's all brand-new, so that should be great.
