I'm doing up the house at the moment, so it's kind of a big move for me. My daughter is starting school in London, so that's why we're moving there. I've been flitting around for so long, so now I'm actually looking forward to having some routine again and some normality, although I'll still be training and coaching and doing everything in Coventry. I am loving... hanging out with my little girl, Jamie. She's four and she starts school this month. She's just at that age where she's so much fun. She totally thinks she's part of the netball team. If you ask her if she's going to play netball, she's not sure about that, but she's definitely going to be a coach, like her mum. But I think it's because she thinks she can boss people about. Teach them young, eh? I am reading... two books at the minute; one's called Legacy, which is about the All Blacks and how they created a winning culture and environment. I love sporting books. And the other one is Get Your Sh*t Together, which is a New York Times bestseller. Both books were bought by my team manager and assistant coach, so they obviously say a lot about me. This is the first summer in 10 years where I haven't been involved in any international netball, so I decided to make the most of it. I am watching... Location, Location, Location. This is really sad, but I've become obsessed with house programmes since I bought my new house and started renovating it. I love Phil and Kirstie – I think they're so funny and I think I'm a know-it-all now. We constantly have them on record at home until all the sport starts again. I am wearing… & Other Stories. I love that shop – I can't not go in and buy stuff. I have a ridiculous trainer collection as well – I don't want them to go out of fashion. I was on Sky the other day and I was wearing a silver pleated skirt with my black Vans on and my dad rang me up and was like, "Really? You're going on TV in a skirt and you've got your trainers on?" I am using... my Apple watch. It sounds really stupid, but when I was an athlete and a player, I'd always be given a gym programme, told what to do, what to wear, when to be there, what time, what to eat, and since I've become a coach, I do that for everyone else. So one of the things I've been trying to do is getting back into being active and marking that down on my Apple watch. I got it with Vitality, so you don't pay for it monthly if you do a certain amount of steps. I am trying… to chill out. My life has been so manic and my new thing is reading up on meditation and yoga, because life over the last 12 months in particular has been insane. Once I've finished my house in London, I'm going to start taking care of myself a little bit more. I'm so bad, because my mind works at a million miles an hour, especially in netball, so it's something that I'm going to try. It's so London, isn't it? Everyone down here does Pilates. I'm just really intrigued. I want to see if it makes a difference to my mental life. I am excited… about the Fast 5 All-Stars competition that's coming up. I always get to this point in the summer and I really want netball to begin again. I get so bored. I haven't been in the O2 since I last played for England, which was a long time ago, so being back in that venue, being live on Sky, the whole thing being a big new competition, is going to be awesome. I'm also really excited about getting our team back together and start having a laugh again. Sky Sports will show the British Fast5 All-Stars Championships, on September 23rd, live on Sky Sports Arena, 5:30pm, from the O2 arena. Tickets are available here.
