I AM... Grayson Perry 1 min I AM... Grayson Perry 1 min Inside the world of artist Grayson Perry Added on 30.05.17 Facebook Twitter Google+ Pinterest Email LinkedIn Inside the world of artist Grayson Perry I am going... to have a programme on Channel 4 tonight about Brexit. I've made a pair of crowdsourced pots too – one for 'leave' and one for 'remain'. I'm also going to Epping Forest on my mountain bike, I do that twice a week. I am loving... my cat, Kevin. I've had him for a year or two now and he's very funny. I had a nightmare about him recently actually, I was very upset. I am reading... The Power by Naomi Alderman. I'm about two thirds of the way into it, it's very good. I am watching... lots of things. I love to watch Vera, the Eurovision Song Contest, Gogglebox. I love anything with Harry Hill – he's my comedy hero. I am eating... at my local greasy spoon caff all the time. I am wearing... my favourite garment, a little suit that I designed. It's a shocking pink satin dress and jacket with gold and diamond buttons on. I call it my trophy wife outfit. It's incredibly short so I had to have matching frilly knickers made. I feel really sexy in it, even if I don't look it. I am using... my lovely doctor's magnifying glass on a stand that my wife bought me for Christmas. I use it whenever I do any detailed work on my pots. I said I want the best magnifying glass you can buy. It's got a light and a stand so I can wheel it into position when I'm drawing tiny little things. I am trying... to understand Brexit, still, ten months after. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it and if you watch my programme tonight you might just be enlightened! I am excited... for my new exhibition at the Serpentine Gallery that I've been working on for nearly two years. It features mainly new work and is a culmination – an orgasm – of creativity! Grayson Perry: Divided Britain is on Tuesday 30 May at 9pm on Channel 4. Grayson Perry presents The Most Popular Art Exhibition Ever! at Serpentine Gallery, 8 June to 10 September, serpentinegalleries.org.
