Revisiting the Ketogenic diet

For her 22nd habit, Emma Guns is going to have another go at trying a diet she struggled with earlier this year

There are only a few habits left, and it seems like a good idea to go back and revisit some of the habits that didn’t "stick". In habit eight, I attempted the Ketogenic diet, but became so caught up in the science and complexities of it that I forgot to do the basics, i.e. change my diet. By failing to plan what my new way of eating would look like, I failed at this habit, but this time around, and very much in the spirit of #26habits, I’m going to ease my way into ketosis rather than race into a ketogenic lifestyle and see if a slow, but steady, approach makes the difference and helps it "stick" this time around.
