Can re-setting my body clock make me feel more in control?

You know that feeling… The one where you feel overwhelmed, where being organised flies out of the window and you go into ‘get through it’ mode and limp from one day to the next? It’s usually the time when you need a holiday, or a break, the most, but just don’t have the time. 

In my twentieth habit I’m going to see if there’s a rest in resetting. Is it possible to claw back a feeling of being on top of everything by resetting your body clock? I, for one, sincerely hope so…
