It’s one of those things that we all know, deep down, is a short-cut to being more productive and getting the most out of the day, but getting up at dawn doesn’t start with the alarm clock, it actually starts eight hours before. As I’ve discovered after just one week, you can’t be an early riser if you haven’t done the groundwork at bedtime the night before.
