Karen Blackett OBE is the CEO of Media Com UK. In 2014, she topped the Powerlist 100 most influential black Britons and was on the Woman’s Hour Power List 2015.

Tonight she talks to Gemma about finding the right life “blend”, working with a life coach for 10 years, turning work pressure into a positive, and the best tip she’s learnt – if you think you are going to cry, just start whistling.
