  • Serves 2
  • Preparation time 5 minutes
  • Cooking time 15 minutes
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 x lemon-flavoured stock pot (we used Oxo Lemon & Thyme Herbs & More)
  • 15g butter
  • 120g smoked salmon, cut or torn into strips
  • Big handful of fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, according to the packet instructions. Drain, reserving a ladleful of the cooking water.
  2. Return the drained spaghetti to the pan and mix through the stock pot and the butter, until both are fully melted.
  3. Stir in the smoked salmon and dill, adding the reserved pasta water a little at a time if the pasta looks dry. Add a pinch of pepper to taste and serve immediately.
