- 12.5ml gin
- 12.5ml lemon juice
- 5ml sugar syrup
- Fill with sparkling wine
- Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a flute, and stir.
- Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon twist.
NB: Make sugar syrup at home using equal parts sugar and cold water by weight - eg 500ml of water to 500g of sugar. It should last 2-3 weeks in the fridge, but if you add a shot of vodka it will last longer.
