  • DOCUMENTARY Ugly Me: My Life with Body Dysmorphia, BBC One, 10:45pm

This documentary has been on iPlayer for a while now, but if you don't own a smart TV and don't fancy watching it on a laptop screen, Ugly Me will be broadcast late tonight on BBC One. The film mostly follows Liane, a 29-year-old woman suffering with body dysmorphic disorder, a condition that makes her feel extremely ugly. In an attempt to get to grips with her BDD, Liane visits area specialist Professor David Veale once a week for a session of therapy and meets a number of people who have overcome their own BDD. It's not a comfortable watch, but a good insight into a rarely talked about condition.
