This year, The Pool is hosting an event at The Henley Literary Festival where we’ll chat about fashion, feminism, mental health and much more. The Pool’s co-founder, editor and CEO Sam Baker will be joined by some of our top contributors including columnist and author of Mad Girl Bryony Gordon, How To Be A Grown Up author Daisy Buchanan, vlogger and No Filter author Grace Victory and journalist and Pretty Iconic author Sali Hughes.
The festival will be packed with loads of great events including; Radio 1 presenter Gemma Cairney, YouTuber Louise Pentland and YA author Holly Smale will be hosting The F Word and discussing what it means to be a feminist in 2017. Labour MP and author of Everywoman, Jess Phillips will also be there giving a talk on why it’s important for women to stand up and speak out. And author of Diversify June Sarpong MBE, will host an event where she explains how a more open society leads to a more successful one and how we can live without prejudice.
